You can request a return within 14 days from the order delivery date.
If this period is exceeded, returns will not be accepted.
📋Step-by-Step Return Guide
Pack the product(s) safely, preferably in the original packaging. Include all accessories and documents that came with the product.
If the original packaging is not available, use suitable packaging that will protect the product during transportation.
Please include a note with your order number inside the return package. Returns without an order number will not be processed.

Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the shipping cost (for example, if the product is not suitable for you; size, shape, etc.). However, if the product is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost is covered by our company.
Use a reliable shipping method with a tracking number to ensure your return package arrives safely.
When the returned product(s) reach us, our team will check whether they meet the conditions specified in our return policy. This process may take a few days.
Once your return is approved, your payment will be refunded using your original payment method after the products arrive at our warehouse. In some cases, a different size or replacement product may be offered; this is specified in our return policy.

Only products with manufacturing defects are accepted for exchange.
Size mismatch, incorrect product/colour selection, or order errors are not covered by exchange and can only be returned in such cases.
